When George Rose I came back from WWII, he couldn’t even drink with his fellow soldiers in an RSL club. So he made a stand, inspiring his grandson to do the same in the NRL, writes BRENDAN BRADFORD.

Raducanu still growing up before our eyes

For one set Emma Raducanu looked like the Emma Raducanu that won the US Open, and that she had turned the corner. But this star, growing up before our eyes, is still yet to reach tennis’ full adulthood.
