CODE Sports Insider is a subscriber-exclusive newsletter, and contains exclusive, bespoke content which is only shared with CODE subscribers. If you would like access, subscribe now for unlimited digital access.I signed up for a newsletter, but I am not receiving it in my inbox. Why?
There are several reasons why you may not be receiving your newsletter:
– The newsletter might be getting marked as spam. Check your Spam folder to see if this occurred. If so, unmark it, and you should start receiving the newsletter again. It’s possible the newsletter could be getting marked as spam. Take a look in your spam folder, if it is then please move it into your inbox and mark it as “not spam”. You should start receiving the newsletter moving forward.
– Add our email address to your contacts list, as this should also mean that we arrive in your inbox. If you’re using Gmail, please put our emails in your “primary” tab. If you’re using iPhone mail make sure you mark us as “not junk” and if you’re using Outlook, add us to your “safe senders” list. Our email sender names do differ between emails, but you should be able to recognise it from these two examples: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
– If your inbox is full, some email clients (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.) limit the amount you can receive. Try to delete old emails to free up space for new ones.

We want you to enjoy our newsletters, but if you don’t, then of course you are free to unsubscribe. You can do this by visiting the newsletters tab in “My Account” and then clicking “Remove” where you see the relevant newsletter. You will need your password in order to do this. If you don’t remember your password, please click on “forgotten my password” just underneath where you have inputted your login details and reset from there.
