BEST BET
Kagemusha was narrowly beaten when resuming at Moe earlier this month but has blinkers on and should be harder to get past this time.
NEXT BEST
KIWI RAIDER (Race 2 No.10 – $2.30)
Bumped into a smart one when placed on debut at Mornington. Will be better for the experience and can improve at Moe.
GREAT FUEGO (Race 4 No.6 – $5.50)
The Lindsay Park-trained galloper is on debut after two good jumpouts leading up to this. Expect her to have every chance from barrier two.
VALUE BET
BARRINGTON MANOR (Race 6 No.14 – $14)
Barrington Manor has raced honestly in four runs this time in and looks set to improve back at Moe, where the gelding has won a couple of races.
LAY OF THE DAY
The filly was OK in town second-up but has drawn an extremely tough gate around the turning Moe course. It won’t be easy for her.
THE JOCKEY
Seven rides could lead jockey Carleen Hefel to the winner’s circle at Moe on Tuesday. GIDDY GIRL (Race 2 No.8 – $6), BANNED WITNESS (Race 3 No.4 – $21), JUST ALBERT (Race 4 No.15 – $21), LET’S RECOVER (Race 5 No.8 – $11), EVERYTHINGISAUTUMN (Race 7 No.9 – $16), PER IVY (Race 8 No.7 – $11), WHERE’S BRITTANY (Race 9 No.11 – $13).
