Check out the biggest talking points from the weekend here.
TRL stars guide Clydesdales to first win of season
In a great advertisement for the TRL, local stars Nicholas Carrie and Kaden Buhse were key players for the Western Clydesdales in their breakthrough win over the Redcliffe Dolphins on Saturday.
Both players made their mark in the early rounds of the TRL, with Carrie starring just a fortnight ago for the Cowboys, while Buhse was immense in round 4 for Gatton as he scored a brace of tries before being called up for his Hostplus Cup debut.
It was a dream start for Buhse as he took less than five minutes to cross over for his maiden try.
Another impressive win for Gatton
After just four games, the Gatton Hawks have faced two genuine premiership contenders in Valleys Roosters and Wattles Warriors.
Despite the difficult fixtures to start the season, the Hawks have taken it in their stride as they comprehensively defeated Valleys by 16 points and in round 5, pulled off a thrilling comeback to defeat Wattles 34-30.
Ruthless Cowboys have chance to send major statement
After another impressive victory on the weekend where Warwick comfortably defeated Pittsworth 32-12, the Cowboys have a chance to send shockwaves across the competition when they take on Valleys next week.
If Warwick can produce another strong performance and make it six wins from six, then it will be one of the most feared teams in the competition.
Against the Danes - who are expected to be in the fight for the final spot in finals - the Cowboys showed the difference in class as they scored six tries and only allowed two late consolation tries for their opponents.
Crucial win for Boars

With more competitive teams than ever, every win is vital for those sides vying for the final spots in the top five and the Boars will have a true test of where they sit when they take on the sixth-placed Danes this Saturday.
